Physical Education develops motor skills, fitness, sportsmanship and lifelong activity habits. Early grades focus on fundamental movement, coordination and cooperative games; middle grades introduce organised sport, rules, strategy and personal fitness tracking; high-school learners take responsibility for personal fitness planning, officiating, coaching younger learners and understanding exercise science basics.

Grades 6–8

Team sports and tactics, personal fitness testing and goal setting, and officiating basics.

Grades 9–12
