We only collect information you choose to submit through a form on this site. Depending on the form, that may include your name, date of birth, gender, organization or school, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, participant category, and any message or notes you provide.

Portal accounts for students, parents, teachers and staff also store the academic and administrative records required to operate those portals.

• To respond to enquiries and requests for information.
• To confirm registrations and send reminders for programs and events you signed up for.
• To administer admissions interest, partnership enquiries and volunteer requests.
• To operate the school portals for enrolled users.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing.

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to authorised Stars Ablaze staff who need it to carry out the purpose above. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, and we keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for or as required for our records.

You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop sending you program communications. Contact us at starsablazelr@gmail.com and we will act on reasonable requests.

This site relies on service providers for hosting, database storage and message delivery. Those providers process information on our behalf so the site and its forms can function.
