Character and ethical leadership are taught explicitly, not left to chance. Learners study honesty, responsibility, respect, perseverance, empathy and service, and practise them through classroom roles, peer mentoring, service projects and student leadership. Older learners study ethical frameworks, conflict resolution, integrity in public and professional life, and the specific temptations that undermine institutions — with case discussion rather than moralising.

Technical capacity without integrity damages institutions. Liberia's development depends on leaders who can be trusted with resources and authority.
