Career and Workforce Readiness prepares learners for the transition out of school. Early grades explore the work people do; middle grades map interests to career clusters and pathways; high-school learners build CVs and portfolios, practise interviews, learn workplace expectations, and complete job shadowing or attachment where partners allow. The subject also covers freelancing and remote work, which give Liberian graduates access to international income.
Talent alone does not secure employment. Presentation, punctuality, professional communication and evidence of skill do.
Community helpers, tools of different jobs, and the idea that work serves others.
